Beautiful real estate photography, and 360 Virtual Tours (Matterport and Zillow Home 3D using newly updated gear for fall of 2024 providing 4x the resolution of previous captures) and Virtual Staging covering both the interior and exterior of your current project. Using Sony and Canon professional equipment and a combination of available and supplementary lighting using professional strobe (flash), as well as post production exposure blending, color correction, and image retouching to deliver exceptional images.

Two still photography packages cover most properties needs, but of course working with you to achieve the visual requirements you and your clients require is what we always do. From still photography, 360 Virtual Tours (Contact me HERE for the latest samples from our actual shoots), Virtual Staging, and Floor Plans we’ve got you covered. Even Drone videography and still photographs can be arranged using FCC licensed and insured professional pilots.

Quick Coverage Shoot

The Quick Coverage Shoot offers a 2 - 3 hour daytime location (exterior and interior) shoot of medium sized (1000 to 2500sqft) residential properties located in western Los Angeles (1). The Quick Coverage Shoot is perfect for real estate agents that need to show off a single family home, condo, or apartment. The shoot supplies you with up to 25 interior shots + up to 5 exterior at a very competitive per shot rate. We find this number of shots covers a property well. Additional shots at a per shot fee. Lifestyle images (detail shots of unique features often used in conjunction with the traditional real estate images) can be made as well. Matterport and or Zillow 3D Home / Interactive Floor Plan virtual tours, 2D Floor Plans (requires a Matterport capture) and Virtual Staging are also available as part of this package for an additional fee. Additionally Drone services can be arranged.

• Shoots of 10 or less shots can be arranged at a discount but require a "Location Fee" in addition to the per shot rate. Let us know the size of the property and number of shots needed and we’ll quote you a discounted price.

• Return or multiple visits, including those due to the property not being ready for photography, access availability, or for unacceptable weather when advised of it, may have an additional Location Fee added.

• Dusk or night images are billed at a per shot rate and will have a Location Fee added if they require a return visit to capture. If you are interested in these shots let us known when we are booking a shoot. We can generally time the shoot so that we finish with dusk shots, thus avoiding a return visit / Location Fee.

All images are processed to correct for color, exposure, and optical distortions and delivered (via Dropbox) 24hrs after the end of the shoot (2). Images are internet-ready JPG's. (High Res .TIF files included at no charge upon request)

The Quick Coverage Shoot images are sold as a "buy out". You own the images outright (YoungStudios retains the rights to use, unless otherwise agreed upon before the start of photography, any of the images for self-promotion.) and can be used anyway you like.

360 Virtual Tours of residential and commercial properties are now available (3). YoungStudios has teamed up with Matterport, the premier data platform for digitized Virtual Tourrs. Digitally "walk through" and "look around" any space, or view from the outside and rotate it along any axis to see it from any perspective. New for Fall 2024 we are working with Zillow 3D Home too!

2D Floor Plans are available (3) (require Matterport) showing interior dimensions and total structure square footage.

Full Coverage Shoot

The Full Coverage Shoot is perfect for Real Estate agents, Architects, Designers and Builders that need to showcase larger properties in the western Los Angeles area (1). Including not only multiple shots per room, but details including staircases and fine carpentry, kitchen and bath fixtures, pool / hot tub areas and other out buildings. Dusk / night shots are also available (3).

The Full Coverage Shoot supplies you with 30 or more images that have been precisely color, exposure, and optically (vertical / horizontal lines) corrected, along with minor retouching (2) of any building / paint / landscape flaws as pointed out at the time of the shoot.

Images are internet-ready JPG's delivered electronically to you normally in 36 hrs or less after the shoot. (High Res files included at no charge upon request)

Videography

We are now producing beautiful short, typically 30 - 90 seconds long, video montages from still images shot during a property shoot. Keeping videos short and snappy keeps viewers engaged and are perfect for social media and your own website. Videos include custom opening and closing credits that include your logo and contact information, as well as a description of the featured property and its details. Each video includes royalty free background music to fit the feel of the property. The completed video is delivered to you as a full HD / High-Res MP4 file ready for upload to YouTube, Vimeo or other on-line hosing sites. We can of course process the video to any settings your host requires. Video generally requires an additional 48hrs production time.
