Note: This is a video capture of a 360 Walkthrough. When we make one for you you actully control the walkthrough, moving aorund in the rooms of the property from your phone, tablet, or computer.

Researching a property using online mapping and other tools to discover sunrise and sunset times and directions relative to a location helps us both make decisions about when to photograph. Likewise, keeping up to date on weather forecasts helps make shoots go quickly and easily.

Virtual Staging
Virtual Staging is fantastic way to quickly and inexpensively show off a room or entire property as it would be once furnished. Adding staging to an otherwise empty space makes it more inviting. In addition to just adding furniture items can also be removed and replaced for a fresher / cleaner look. We're now working with one of the premier virtual staging providers. Simple And Clean
Decluttering is the best way to prep for photography. Removing personal items and some simple clean up makes all the difference. For obvious reasons we are not able to handle medications or personal hygiene items and if not removed prior to the shoot they will be photographed. Kitchens should have special attention given to them as well. Countertops, sinks, stovetops, and faucets and range hoods can make or break a photo.
Basic retouching of any or all images is included in every shoot, but starting with a clean and fresh space always gives the best results.
